Journey of our Out-of-State Flip Part 2

July 2, 2019 - We closed a two weeks ago and works has been started. All the demo work is almost complete and the new furnace is in! Most of the materials have been purchased, color scheme is set, and I can see the final product in my mind's eye.

The struggle I have is I like to be hands-on and I am learning to manage my feelings, which have no bearing in anything, during this process.

Most flippers fail because they do not know how to run numbers, or let me say honest/true/realistic numbers and/or do not have a team assembled and ready to go.

If you want to flip, let me know and I will keep you posted when the next "So You Want to Flip" Workshop will be held.
