9/12/19 Sorry, it has been a while. We have been busy! Let's see...the cabinet company sent over the wrong cabinets and happily exchanged them. When the deliver person put the "wrong" cabinets back into the truck he accidently grabbed one of the "right" cabinets"

We brought one of the bathrooms down to the studs. That is always interesting. In the flipper world the saying goes, "You open it, you bought it!" We sure did. We discovered the plumbing was not done correctly. We were stalled until the plumber got there. We also discovered a window, in the bathtub area, that was boarded up and wallpapered over. The things you find when you go looking. LOL!

Some of the work has taken longer than excepted due to scheduling conflicts with contractors; this is to be expected.

But, I must say I love the cabinets and counter tops! I am very excited to see the flooring go in. We did step out a bit and created a feature wall in each bathroom. It think it looks "sweet"!

We are almost done! We have interest in the property too, which is always a good thing.

We are hunting for our next one too.

The Pro Tip for this blog is, trust the process and don't get too frustrated in things you can't change. The experience is much more fun when you can roll with the punches.
